- Shipping & Delivery
Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment center, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.
Delivery time frame for your order:

- Free shipping does NOT include free duties. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the guest to pay upon delivery.
- The above delivery time frame indicates the transit time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.
- If we need to exchange your ordered item(s) for any reason (out of stock product, etc.), we will inform you by email. However the products in the confirmation email will not be modified.
- Certain items that are made-to-order (T-shirts, personalized items, etc.), or require special preparation for shipment (large or fragile items, order of more than 60 items), may require a longer processing time. Expected processing times are posted on the item's description page.
- Orders placed after 13:00 CET will begin processing the following business day, except on weekend.
- Backordered and pre-order items are not being processed until inventory is received at our fulfillment center.

- Due to stock availability, we are unable to make any changes to orders once they have been placed, this includes cancellations, items, delivery & shipping.

- If you are unable to click on an item size, style, color, the item is out of stock and unavailable for purchase.
- If an item(s) you have ordered goes out of stock, the item(s) will be refunded and any remaining item(s) will be shipped. You will be notified via email of any changes to your order(s).
