If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may purchase a return label, to return the unused item(s), for a refund or store credit within 30 days after the order has been placed. All return costs are up to the guest to cover and will not be refunded, as we do not offer complementary returns at this time.
Please ship the items you want to return to the following address AND send an email to our customer service department including: ORDER ID, RETRUN TRACKING #, ITEMS BEING RETURNED and WHY

Please note that the following conditions apply:
- Allow 5-7 business days for all returns to be processed once our fulfillment center receives them. We suggest keeping your tracking number so you know when we receive the item(s).
- Original shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item.
- Items must be in new, unused condition. Items also must have tags attached to be returnable.
- Securely pack your merchandise and drop it off at the nearest carrier location. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit to our fulfillment center.
- Once the package has been delivered and processed, we will send you an email notification containing the refund receipt or store credit code.
All marked sale items at 50% off or more or items from the Supply+ OR Virus ID (customized) section are FINAL SALE. Edits cannot be made once order is placed.
All return shipping costs and related fees are to be covered by the customer.
